Great location-practically in the center, great cuisine !!! / soup with mula and fish -genial/. Very clean , comfortable spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Almost all rooms with balconies or gardens. Great place for families with children.

“Perfect for families with young children”
We took advantage of the Easter offer with our family. The stay was very successful, even though the weather was poor. The hotel intimate, clean, with professional and friendly staff, decorated in a modern way. Food delicious, both breakfast and dinner, which were on offer.
For children, two playrooms including a sensational monkey grove. The kids were delighted, and importantly you can watch what's going on in the playroom on the t.v. in the room. During the stay the hotel prepared a cool attraction, especially for children - little chickens in the lobby at the reception. They brought a festive atmosphere and gave the kids a ton of fun.
From the hotel everywhere is close. It has its own small outdoor pool and playground. There is also a large city playground not far from the hotel.
The downside is the paid parking at the hotel, but this does not change the fact that we will probably still use its services.

“Super”
Byłam już kilka razy i za każdym razem wyjeżdżam wypoczęta i zrelaksowana. Wystrój hotelu jak najbardziej na plus. Śniadania pyszne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Na pewno wróce jeszcze nie raz. Polecam :-)

“Stay”
The room is clean, cozy. Breakfast tasty, everything fresh. I consider the whole stay successful. From the spa we did not use. I will definitely return to this place. I heartily recommend :)

“Vacation, July 2016, staying with a child”
The hotel is very nice and outside and inside. Rooms large, with bathroom. Very clean, new equipment, cleaned daily. We had the option of a room with a small garden, but because of the weather, in total, maybe we used it twice. if the weather was good, I would heartily recommend it, especially with children. The terrace has two deck chairs, a table.
The hotel rather oriented to stay with children because for children you could find a lot of attractions there. The main one for sure is the playroom, where in case of bad weather you can spend most of the vacation (that was our case). In general, there was a weekly program for children, in which there were scheduled several times a day some kind of animation, such as a ball, face painting, cut-outs, salt mass moulding, etc. As far as I know there was a Jacuzzi next to the playroom, but unfortunately we didn't use it so it's hard for me to evaluate it.
The hotel has a very nice playground with nice equipment (toys, rides, sandbox, swings, etc.) and a tiny swimming pool and a tiny terrace and a few sun loungers, I think it's pretty cool in the summer heat.
The hotel is really clean, well-maintained, nice looking inside as well as outside.
In general I recommend for families with children because they are mainly clients there :)
“Very nice atmosphere ”
Well... even if I wanted to I can not write anything bad. Everything and play and is as it should be. Beautiful, clean, staff professional and helpful. I am in Masuria quite often, but in this hotel I slept for the first time but certainly not the last.

Hotel clean, quiet price-quality ratio ok, very good food especially delicious shrimp :)
SPA relaxation area at a good level, each of the girls who used the spa services was satisfied and importantly relaxed after the treatment.
Hotel staff positively oriented to hotel guests, what they could and were able to arrange they arranged.

Very nice and family atmosphere. Service without reproach, with class and culture. Tasty food. Cleanliness of the room at a very high level, the room was very cozy. The location is great. I recommend this place especially in low season ! :)

“Sympathetic place”
Sympathetic place. The hotel is located close to the center of town, yet out of the way which guarantees quiet. It has a small outdoor pool and a lot of facilities for children are playrooms, there is also a large playground. Very professional and courteous staff at the reception, in the restaurant and in the spa. The rooms are clean, the hotel is highly recommended.
