Briefly about the tourist voucher:

Who is entitled to the tourist voucher?

The voucher is intended for families with at least one child and families with disabled children; vouchers will be granted regardless of income level, as is the case with the 500+ program. The voucher is also available for children whose parents work abroad.

How can you apply for the voucher?

You can receive the voucher by registering on the ZUS Electronic Services Platform (PUE ZUS), similarly to the 500+ program.

You do not need to submit an application for the voucher. You only need to activate it. To do this, log in to your profile on the ZUS Electronic Services Platform (PUE) at www.zus.pl. Select the “General” tab and go to the “Polish Tourist Voucher” > “My Voucher” tab. You must provide your current email and mobile phone number.

In what form will the voucher be issued?

The voucher is an electronic document. It has a unique 16-digit number and can be found on the ZUS Electronic Services Platform (PUE) (select the “General” tab, then “Polish Tourist Voucher”). This document indicates, among other things, who is entitled to the benefit, for which children, the amount of benefit per child, and the total amount of granted benefits.

Can the voucher be used multiple times?

The voucher can be used multiple times until the benefit amount in the form of a voucher or the additional benefit in the form of a voucher (for a disabled child) is exhausted.

Until when can the voucher be used?

The validity of the voucher will expire on March 31, 2022.

What hotel services can be paid for with the voucher?

The voucher can be used to pay for hotel stays and additional services.

Can the hotel stay be paid with the voucher only for children?

Hotel services or tourist events paid for with the voucher must be provided for the child for whom the voucher was granted.

A hotel service or tourist event is considered provided for the child when the child uses the hotel service or participates in the tourist event, even if due to the child’s age no additional payment is required for their participation. A condition for using the voucher is the participation of the child for whom the voucher was granted.
